Template To write a new message (see below for replies) using a message template in Outlook:1. Click Home > New Email to create a new email, and type or copy the formatted template text into the message body.2. Select all content in the message body, click the Add button in the Auto Text pane. 3. In the opening Auto Text dialog box, type a name for the new auto text entry in the Name box, specify a category, and click the OK button. 4. Select the Home tab, then select New Items > More Items > Choose Form. In Outlook 2007, select Tools > Forms > Choose Form .5. In the Choose Form dialog box, select the Look in dropdown arrow, then select User Templates in File System .6. Select the template you want to use.7. Select Open .8. Launch Outlook and select New Email on the Home tab to create a new message.9. Fill out the subject and the body of the email.10. Click on the FILE tab to access the Backstage area.11.
