I would love now to copy all my data from my current profile to the new profile, but it seems that there isn't yet an option for that. I'm using Canary channel. I tried opening it with Notepad and it looks like it's not encrypted as I could see the texts that I saved in my collection in plain text format.

So in this sort of situation I would copy the Edge profile folder to my particular network folder and then when I get the new machine up and running, simply copy and paste that same folder right back into the same place on the new computer.
