The brochure you deliver to a client may omit any information required by Part 2A of Form ADV if the information does not apply to the advisory services or fees that you will provide or charge, or that you propose to provide or charge, to that client. (f) Other disclosure obligations.

The annual update requirement is in addition to the requirement to amend Form ADV promptly if certain information becomes inaccurate. Form ADV Part 1A and Part 2A (Brochure) are filed electronically with the SEC through the Investment Adviser Registration Depository (IARD) administered by FINRA.
